The Basilisk Bookshop is located at 407 Brunswick Street, Fitzroy,
an inner suburb of Melbourne well known for its quirky shops and many
cafés and restaurants. It is only a fifteen minute tram-ride from the city centre: take the Number 112 from anywhere in Collins Street, get off at Alexandra Parade, and walk back towards the city (we are one block down on the right). |
Business hours are: 11:00am to 6.30 pm 7 days a week.

The shop comprises a broad range of quality secondhand and rare books in most fields of interest. Not all books are listed on the website. If you are visiting the shop to view or purchase particular books you have seen listed here, please advise beforehand so that we can confirm availability for your perusal. |
